Some Things Happen When You Least Expect It

I had this 5 Rs note which almost torn into two halves and attached by light white tape which can be observed just if you look at the note. Knowing the condition of note and afraid it might even get worse, I wanted to do the obvious thing; get rid of it asap in the transaction. But it was only after started trying I realized getting rid of this note, barely sticking together only because of a tape like a fed up married couple because of the society, is gonna be real tough. I tried all the possible,very limited, ways I know. Kept it on top hoping they won’t concentrate much, kept it in the middle of my small wad of notes hoping they will miss seeing it and also kept it on bottom hoping they won’t see it. I tried one or the other way for many times till I got sick and tired of trying. And finally I realized hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, but not in case of torn notes and shawshank redemption’s principle won’t work always.

Days go by and at the bottom of my backpack it became my permanent companion, as I don’t use a wallet. One fine day (you will know why it was fine) I was going home and the Conductor of local bus requested 25Rs for the ticket. I put my hand inside the top zip of backpack and took out the wad of notes along with which my companion also came. Even though I know how much Conductors loves and desperate for the exact change, with all the journey I had with this particular note, I refrain myself and tried offering another 10 Rs note instead trying to keep my companion back where it was. To my surprise the conductor, who was watching all this, asked for that 5 Rs note and didn’t even look at it and offered me my ticket and left. Serendipity. And I can’t help but remember the quote “Some things happen when you least expect it”. This story of mine could be the least important example of that quote, but still a beautiful one to say that things do happen.

Now I hope it wouldn’t be that tough for the conductor to get rid of the note. I Hope……

Valentine's Day

It was around 11.15PM Yesterday., we were in talk about today’s special i.e. Valentine’s Day and playing jokes on each other by counting the number of calls you are going to get at 12AM, as there is actually no one who is going to call. But 4 of us were decided secretly to know what will be the reactions of other friends if they get a call from unknown number. Whether he will announce it in room or silently send a message or secretly go to somewhere and make a call. So we assigned a person to delete our phone numbers from their contacts, which successfully done. So the time hit on 11.55PM I make a call secretly to one of my friends, who is preparing for gate in other room. Just after the one ring everyone started yelling “ey ey ey ey”, he is so shy to go and pick the call, so another friend, who is not in the secret service, went there and pick the phone and shouted loudly that “Dilli is trying to fool you out, he is making a call”, all four of us were shocked, reason is that person whom we assigned failed to do it properly and messed it up. which lead our mission Valentine’s Day to failure. Everybody LOL.

Some GOOD, Some BAD, yet another YEAR

.......Some matters are expected, some unexpected.
Some things are wished, some unwished and
Some bonds are made, some broken.
It doesn’t mean that all you had expected wished and the bonds you had chosen are good and made you happy and those unexpected, unwished and broken are bad.
It’s all just happened and the some results sowed the seeds for new plants, some uprooted the well-established plants. Some cared and some doesn’t. Some stumbled and some even crumbled by the results. Those who had another plans in mind goes with that, some resisted do so, some restarted their old. Some waited for another opportunity to finds them.
But regardless of the results Yet again another year comes to an end. Good year for some and bad for other.
All speak about the resolutions in the New Year, but I never made and I hope never gonna make one. Because I cannot live with the fixed mind. In my view flexible mind can, at least, do miracles and that is why I like change, I will change and I want Change.
I may not have the resolution for the New Year, but I have one for me
“All I had done, doing and will do is to Just to find ME and MYSELF. I will do what I like, enjoy and What I need. I will give my best and prepare for the worst.
“I may express myself as a pessimist, but I always expect as an Optimist “, I am human being at last. “
So finally here we have the B’day of someone everybody celebrate, the Name we had chosen is 2014, it is coming by killing 2013.
